Pet Policy

Brookdale Lakes is a pet friendly community! We welcome cats and dogs with some breed restrictions and a 2 pet limit per unit. A one-time non-refundable pet fee up to $370 is required as well as a monthly pet rent up to $45 per pet based off the PetScreening pet profile. Please contact the office for more details.
